We’ll give you a tour of the facility, showing you the equipment we use and explaining how our classes flow. You’ll learn that every workout is carefully planned out and that you’ll always have a coach by your side guiding you through each class.

2. Understand Your Goals and How We Can Help You Achieve Them:
We’ll ask you about your goals—whether that’s losing weight, gaining strength, or improving overall fitness. Based on your specific goals, we’ll recommend a membership package and work with you to set a realistic timeline for achieving them.

3. Pricing and Membership Details:
We believe in complete transparency. In this meeting, we’ll go over the pricing options and what each membership includes, so you know exactly what to expect.

2. Foundations: Building a Strong Base for Success

Foundations give you the opportunity to work one-on-one with a coach, learn new movements, and build your strength and conditioning gradually.
