Group Fitness
Our CrossFit programming is the real deal. We combine high-intensity interval training (HIIT), Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, kettlebell training, calisthenics, strongman, and more. It’s a comprehensive approach that develops strength, endurance, and power, ensuring that no muscle group is left behind. We hit everything that will make you a better, more resilient athlete.
But I get it—maybe barbells or high-skill gymnastics aren’t your thing. That’s totally fine. Our group class programing is here for you, too. It’s designed to get you to the same high level of fitness using equipment and exercises that suit your preferences. Strength, mobility, and conditioning can all be developed without needing to go near a barbell or complex movements.
Both of these programming tracks are available in every group class—yes, we’ve got up to 7 group classes a day, so you’ve got options. Every class is coach-led, meaning you’re getting the structure and expertise to make every minute of your workout count. Your job? Show up, put in the work, enjoy the process, and leave that hour feeling stronger, fitter, and more confident.
