But I get it—maybe barbells or high-skill gymnastics aren’t your thing. That’s totally fine. Our group class programing is here for you, too. Strength, mobility, and conditioning can all be developed without needing to go near a barbell or complex movements.

Both of these programming tracks are available in every group class—yes, we’ve got up to 7 group classes a day, so you’ve got options. HYROX

With categories like Open, Pro, Doubles, and Team divisions—each broken down into age groups—theres a race for every athlete.
The race itself? It’s a brutal, high-intensity indoor fitness competition that combines repeated 1K runs with a series of functional exercises: Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jump, Row Erg, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls.
